How the group order works

On the first Friday of the month, every month, orders open. The order remains open for 2 weekends and shuts on the second Sunday of the month. 

You can see the timer at the top of the page to see when the next order opens or closes, depending where we're at in the month.

After the order closes we get to work checking stock and placing orders. If any items are out of stock, you will be given the option of an alternative, if available, or a refund/credit for the item. 

Orders will be ready for pickup from Miami, Gold Coast or shipped about 1-2 weeks after the order closure date. You can choose your preferred option at checkout.

You will be notified as soon as your order is ready to be picked up or shipped!

If you’re on our email list you will receive an email before the order opens and a reminder before it shuts. We’re not here to spam you!

FAQ's

Why do you do group orders/Why can't I get my order straight away?

Group orders mean we don't need to keep stock on shelves and we order in exactly what you are wanting.

This is one of the reasons why we are able to offer lower prices, as we don't have that added expense.

As a group we are meeting the minimums for the different suppliers.

It does mean that there is the slight wait for your order but we hope that over time you will get to know what you need for each order.

There is also the benefit that you can suggest any product that you would like to access.
